2009 Chardonnay-McFadden Farm, Mendocino
NEW RELEASE!!!!
Our certified Organic Chardonnay comes from McFadden Farm which is located at the northern end of Potter Valley in Mendocino County. Potter Valley lies on the edge of the Mendocino National Forest and by the headwaters of the Russian River. This Chardonnay was handpicked, hand sorted at the winery, and whole cluster pressed. We fermented the juice using a mixture of native and cultured yeast in French Oak barrel, and aged 9 months sur-lee. Only 250 cases were produce.

2009 Pinot Gris - Filigreen Farm Anderson Valley
MADE WITH BIODYNAMIC GRAPES
We hand- harvested this pinot gris at 23.5° brix, pressed the whole clusters and fermented the juice in neutral French Oak barrels for 6 months, sur-lee. Straw colored with a lovely nose of pear and lychee. Medium weight with lemon zest and green apple notes, vibrant acidity and a flinty, dry finish.

2009 Harvester White - North Coast
NEW RELEASE
This blend of 48% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Pinot Gris, and 12% Chardonnay comes from cool vineyards throughout the North Coast. It was hand-picked, whole cluster pressed, barrel fermented in neutral French Oak barrels and sur-lee aged for 7 months. Only 145 cases were produced.

2008 Grenache-Unti Vineyards Alexander Valley
MADE WITH BIODYNAMIC GRAPES
This Grenache comes from old vines grown in the warm Alexander Valley and was co-fermented with small amounts of Syrah and Mourvedre. It was punched down by hand in open-top fermentors, gently pressed then aged in French Oak barrels for 10 months. This wine was not fined or filtered. A very versatile red wine with aromas of fresh raspberry, black cherry, plum and spice. In the mouth, flavors of bright wild berries and earth that finishes with fine balanced tannins and black pepper spice.

This red blend of Old Vine Carignane, Petite Sirah, Grenache, Charbono, and Zinfandel comes from Testa Vineyards, located in Calpella, Mendocino County. Testa has some of the oldest organic vines in the North Coast. The grapes were picked by hand, destemmed without crushing, and cold soaked for 5-10 days. We fermented each lot using a mixture of native and cultured yeast in small open-top tanks, punch-down by hand, and aged in French Oak barrels. This wine is not fined or filtered.

2009 Old Vine Zinfandel-Testa Vineyard, Mendocino
This Old Vine Zinfandel comes from Testa Vineyards, located in Calpella, Mendocino County. Testa has some of the oldest organic vines in the North Coast. The grapes were picked by hand, hand sorted, destemmed without crushing, and cold soaked for 7 days. We fermented each lot using a mixture of native and cultured yeast in small open-top tanks, punch-down by hand, and aged in French Oak barrels. This wine is not fined or filtered.

This dry rosé was fermented in neutral French Oak barrels and aged for 6 months. Bright pink in color with strawberry and rhubarb on the nose & palate. Dry, with balanced acidity, this a perfect wine for sipping on a warm day. Only 125 cases produced.
